Because I've seen some of the topics in the last few speakers before I came here, relatively technical, so I design my 20-minute speech as far as possible to design a sharing, communication-type PPT, if you do not have the entrepreneurial cloud, you can understand what is cloud computing, if you have started the cloud computing, Let's share the biggest challenges and greatest opportunities in the future of cloud computing. In fact, there are many things do not position, because do not know the next three years or the next five years will develop into how, but everyone still believe their own goals, believe that their own entrepreneurial concept, can it achieve success, implementation and direction are very important.

First of all, we have just completed registration in the cloud base this March, relatively speaking, I am also very young, very grassroots entrepreneurs. I was in Lenovo, HP, Dell has worked for more than 10 years, with many customers, including government departments, some agencies and peers often have many opportunities for communication, cloud computing in China, three or four years ago, the large-scale spread of the country now has a lot of cloud computing base, many companies are advertised as cloud computing enterprises, But I personally feel that the cloud is a bit overheated, and the direction is a bit off, I think the individual small team can slightly affect the direction of China's cloud computing development, not to say change, but to affect the right and efficient way to dial it.

We can see that China's cloud computing start-ups and foreign countries are not the same as the majority of small and medium-sized companies, and China are some it giants to do, why is there such a difference? We have seen a lot of reports, planning a good cloud computing vision, there are IaaS, PAAS, SAAS, there are government departments, investment departments and various enterprises around this to make a fuss, but from my point of view to find some misunderstandings.

Just now there was an investment company who exchanged business cards with me, I asked him a question, I said if there is a mobile internet project and a cloud computing project you voted for, he said of course to invest mobile Internet. What is the difference between mobile internet and cloud computing? From some point of view, I think cloud computing is a model of using and sharing resources on the Internet, cloud computing is a mode, mobile Internet is a mode, but mobile internet will be more personal consumer, cloud computing is more focused on enterprises, the two customers and operating mode is different. Why do investment companies like to invest in mobile internet? Because the application of mobile Internet can see touch, as long as your application is creative, to attract users, money will immediately generate benefits, and cloud computing is an industrial chain, there are many enterprises only to do one application, you will find your explosive enough. Perhaps the investment company's understanding of cloud computing is different, it will feel that this thing can not see clearly.

In the movie "Spy" in a scene: Tom Cruise to the Burj Dubai to do some data center hacker work, this data center is what we usually say IaaS, which includes the server, storage, network equipment, monitoring management and so on all hardware, and security-related. So IaaS resources in China are the most, so many server vendors, so many storage vendors, so many network disk. It is enough from the resources, as long as you are creative, as long as you do it, IaaS enough. China's current bottleneck is PAAs, everyone to build a platform, have their own standards, but incompatible, so that users can not be well accepted, which is currently the most missing PAAs. Next, let's take a look at SaaS, the infrastructure platform IaaS is set up, the middle PAAs is ready, and the rest is SaaS. This is the spy face recognition technology that connects to the cloud to find spies, which is a very typical SaaS application. This SaaS is just a small application, and the real platform extensibility and application experience is far more complex than this, so it takes every entrepreneur to find out where the opportunities and opportunities for the future are.

After watching so much, the vision is beautiful, but the reality is very cruel, why? The first government exchanges and research, the second is the cloud computing enterprises, the third is small and medium-sized enterprises is a piece, there is a personal application. For the government, as I saw before, including Kai-Fu Lee said before a rodeo joke, many local governments use some resources, playing the name of the cloud computing base, to get a lot of, but in fact not necessarily can feed into the cloud computing entrepreneurial Enterprises, Shanghai, a few relatively good, has attracted a lot of cloud computing enterprises.

There are several aspects to the cloud enterprise itself, first, your money may not necessarily represent your product, your funds may not be able to develop a very useful products; second, your model is not necessarily very good integration, if you are in the cloud industry chain can not be with other users, other applications are well integrated, Your model is likely to fail; third, creativity is not equal to the market, you have good idea, business users will not because your ideas are very good immediately migrate, business users do business adjustment is very cautious, how do you give a very convincing product to change his enterprise structure and business processes, Follow your creative product, so it's totally different from the mobile internet.

For small and medium-sized enterprises, the latest benefit of cloud computing in the future is small and medium-sized enterprises, how to use the Internet to the lower level of cloud computing resources, which is a big challenge for SMEs. Finally, there is a data security, we have just seen the movie inside so many large organizations are still invaded, small and medium enterprises data How to protect it? From an investment company point of view, cloud computing is more difficult than mobile Internet investment, the direction is more uncertain, so many investment companies prefer to choose mobile Internet, not willing to challenge cloud computing business.
