Currently Vice president of Wuxi Internet Industry Research Institute, and deputy director of National Sensing Network Engineering Technology Center, at the same time as the general group leader of the National Networking Foundation Standard Working Group, the National Sensor Network standard Working Group system group leader, China Tong Standard Association (CCSA) Pan-Network Technical Committee (TC10) Vice-Chairman, ISO International network of Internet standards experts, the Ministry of Health Statistics Information Center Wuxi Medical Networking Institute distinguished experts.

This paper briefly introduces the promotion of international and national Internet of Things, and focuses on the current national standards of reference architectures for Internet of things, as well as the China-led ISO/IEC 30141 IoT Reference architecture. Some problems and suggestions in the current standards and applications of medical Health network are briefly analyzed.
