The transformation checkup should be completed within six months

The Ministry of Finance 14th issued the "Central-level management of cultural institutions in the transformation of assets and financial management notice", on the central level of business culture institutions in the transformation of checkup, asset assessment, property registration and other assets and financial management work to standardize.　　Notice that the central level of operating cultural institutions checkup should be completed within six months. After the transformation scheme is approved, the system-changing units of the financial and accounting systems of the institutions shall submit checkup applications in accordance with the interim measures for the administration of state-owned assets of the central institutions, and report to the Ministry of Finance after approval by the competent authorities　　The Checkup project application for the enterprise's financial and accounting system shall be approved by the Ministry of Finance after the approval of the competent department. "Notice" before the issuance of its own checkup work of the transformation units, should be reopened for the project application.　　The transformation unit shall complete the checkup work within 6 months after the approval or filing of the project, and shall submit the checkup results to the competent department and the Ministry of Finance as stipulated. "Notice" pointed out that the transformation units in the completion of checkup work, such as the whole or part of the conversion into a limited liability company or joint stock companies and the transfer of property rights, should be in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations to carry out asset appraisal work.
