Three chip makers accused of patent infringement

August 29 News, according to foreign media reports, Power Management BAE (Supply Management System) company to Intel, Freescale Semiconductor and Maiville Technology group sued, accusing these companies of violating its patent, especially the Intel Ling Z6xx series processor, Freescale I. MX515 and Maiville's PXA940 products violate patents.  However, the lawsuit alleges that the products infringing the patents also include other products of these companies. Power Management Bae in a lawsuit filed in Delaware State U.S. District Court alleging that the three chip makers ' products violate its U.S. Patent number 5,504,909. The name of the patent is "the power management device on the same integrated circuit as the functional device it manages".  The patent was acquired in 1996 and is a novel power management system for integrated circuits. The lawsuit calls for a jury trial, and requires the court to award three defendants for power Management BAE losses and attorneys ' fees.
