1. It takes courage to innovate in China

Large companies have money, there are channels, antitrust efforts, and finally make small companies also do not innovate, the product homogeneity of serious, we are there to fight financing, spell burning money.

Americans advocate subversive innovation, like thought different, rather than following others, subversive and destructive people are regarded as heroes. In China, subversion and destruction are derogatory words and are considered troublemakers. So it takes courage to innovate in China. We are lucky to have made some subversive innovations that have not been killed, and I hope there will be more unique subversive innovations in China in the future.

2. The more successful PC era, the heavier the burden of mobile internet era

In the future, mobile Internet is a huge challenge. Investors asked me, who will be subversion of 360, Baidu or Tencent? I told them that subversion of 360 must be the trend, is mobile internet. If people don't use PCs, where are we going? In fact, not just 360, every internet company faces the challenge of mobile Internet.

Some people say that failure is the mother of success, but in fact, success is the father of failure, the more on the PC Internet success of the company, it on the mobile internet has more burden. One is the success of PC Internet experience may not be applicable to mobile Internet; For example, if you are a start-up company today, you can make any attempt on the mobile internet, design your product, and plan your future as if it were drawing on a blank sheet of paper. However, traditional PC Internet companies have to consider the trend of mobile Internet, but the advantages of the traditional PC Internet can not be lost, because your main income or on the PC, the mobile phone now does not make money but also represents the future, they want to leather their own lives, the larger the more difficult to turn the ship.

I think mobile search is divided into scenes, you can use mobile phone to talk search, use mobile phone to search, use your location search, it is still more with life services or address services. There will be no dedicated PC Internet companies, no dedicated mobile internet companies, only converged internet companies.

4. Mobile Internet business model

Whether the Internet or mobile Internet, its business model of the ever-changing in fact only three: one is advertising, one is to direct the user charges, there is another is to sell things to users, which have O2O and E-commerce. O2O and E-commerce This thing we have no genes, nor do.

Countless people want to advertise on the phone, but I think if there is no product innovation, but the PC to narrow the ads on the phone, while you play the game harassing you, so small screen, and power consumption, users will be much more disgusted than the PC. Therefore, I think that if there is no innovation, advertising mode on the mobile internet will be very difficult.

In China, it is proved that the most suitable charge for users is mobile games, most free play, a small fee. This year I'm going to do some research on this, I'm already the biggest mobile app distribution platform in China, and this year I'm going to build an open platform for mobile games and work with mobile developers as I do on web games.

5. Mobile Internet needs wolves, not huskies.

I'm going to be late for the Giants, and I'll be doing it against the Giants instead of doing it--they're passionate about the homegrown, the Closed empire, and I'm going to open up and build the ecosystem, although I have to share my users and my income, but I'll be easier. The proportion of mobile games and the business model I am not clear, it is estimated to be related to the game type, but no matter how the point, must let the developer earn enough money.

Another means is investment. Since the listing, 360 has already invested more than 100 companies, mostly mobile internet. Many internet giants do not like to invest, but a copy of two to dig three bundle, the small company to kill. I am an entrepreneur, I think the most important thing is entrepreneurial spirit, although the domestic husky with the wild Wolf is very similar, but the actual fighting capacity is still not the same; mobile internet needs wolves, not huskies.
