In terms of industry demand, 81.6% of the enterprise's demand for employment is concentrated in manufacturing, wholesale and retail, accommodation and catering, residential and other services, leasing and business services, construction. The production of transport equipment operators, trade and services staff is both the subject of employment needs, but also job-seekers concentrated career. From the point of view of supply and demand, trade and service staff, production and transportation equipment operators, agriculture, forestry, livestock and fishery water production staff demand more than the supply of jobs and job vacancies and the ratio of 1.02, 1.05 and 1.07 respectively. Among all job-seekers, the proportion of unemployed workers is 51.8%, and the proportion of migrant workers is 36.9%. Compared with the last quarter, the proportion of job-seekers of unemployed workers increased, and the proportion of job-seekers among migrant workers declined.
