The company's futures hedging business is limited to the domestic Dalian Commodity Futures exchange trading of PVC commodity futures varieties. In 2011, the amount of PVC futures hedging will not exceed the annual output of 20% as the upper limit, futures margin of the highest investment amount of 30 million yuan, loss limit of 10 million yuan.
