Tumblr founder David Kap David Karp will do a lot of things after raising new funds, the report said. Tumblr has just opened a new office in New York and employs 4 people. At present, the total number of Tumblr employees has reached 16. In a recent interview, Carp said the total number of employees in Tumblr would reach 20 by the end of the year.
Tumblr raised 4.5 million dollars in 2008. Earlier this year, Tumblr again financed 5 million of billions of dollars. At present, the site has not yet earned revenue, Carp has previously proposed a variety of income programs, but not a real effect.
Tumblr's blogging platform is between Twitter and the traditional full-featured blog. By the end of August this year, the total number of Tumblr users reached 7.2 million, and these users posted a daily number of 5.2 million.
