Twelve-Five End Distributed energy Total installed 8 Million-kilowatt

Reporters from the relevant sources learned that the National Energy Bureau commissioned by the China Electrical Engineering Association, the "Twelve-Five" energy planning of the first draft of the distributed energy distribution of the first part has been basically finalized.　　The first draft suggested that to the end of "Twelve-Five", China's construction of 1000 natural gas distributed energy projects is more appropriate, the total installed capacity should be controlled in 8 Million-kilowatt. In April this year, the National Energy Agency issued a letter soliciting advice on the development of distributed energy for natural gas, pointing out that by 2011 our country was to build 1000 natural gas distributed energy projects and, by 2020, to promote the use of distributed energy systems in cities above the national scale,　　The installed capacity reaches 50 Million-kilowatt, and it is proposed to build 10 distributed energy demonstration areas with typical characteristics. The draft opinion was that the goal of achieving 1000 distributed energy projects in 2011 was relatively ambitious, and therefore proposed a Conservative amendment to the directive.　　According to the Committee's statistics, the current China's distributed energy installed capacity has reached 5 million-kilowatt, but because of the lack of macro-level planning and related policy and technical standards, distributed energy development still faces lack of planning, grid-connected difficulties and many other problems. If the draft is eventually adopted by relevant departments and incorporated into the energy "Twelve-Five" plan, it will be the first time that distributed energy has entered the national energy planning. This will have a positive impact on the dual-Liang energy-saving of the distributed energy equipment production, as well as the Taihau technology and other listed companies engaged in energy contract management services.
