Twelve-Five Energy conservation is expected to receive financial support

On October 13 in the oil and chemical industry energy-saving technology exchange and investment and financing Conference, China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation president Li YONGWU revealed that the Federation has prepared the implementation of energy-saving technologies, and reported to the Ministry of Industry, recommended to enterprises in the "Twelve-Five" period of energy-saving emission reduction to seek financial support.　　The specific contents of the scheme include four items, including the promotion of advanced coal gasification energy-saving technology, the construction of Energy Management Center in petroleum and Chemical enterprises, the renovation of the large sealed calcium carbide furnace, the internal combustion electric furnace, and the comprehensive energy-saving transformation of synthetic ammonia. Li Yongwu said that the industry's energy-saving emission reduction is basically the elimination of backward production capacity, while manufacturing technology to innovate, which means that the new capacity to put forward higher requirements.
