Twitter lease new Office building Headquarters area enlarged by one times

Twitter, which is preparing for an IPO, is negotiating a 320,000 sq ft (29700 sqm) office space near the company's San Francisco headquarters, sources said in Wednesday. Sources say Twitter is currently the only tenant in the San Francisco Central Market (one 10th St), the First Avenue of the harsh reconstruction zone. The building belonged to Shorenstein Properties, which also leased the office space at Market Avenue (Harsh Street) to Twitter. The new Twitter headquarters is located at 1355th Market Avenue in the "mid-market" area. After moving into the new headquarters, Twitter employees have been able to have lunch at the headquarters rooftop garden. The previous office was located at No. 795 San Francisco Street (FOLSOM), a standard six-storey office building. Twitter was founded in October 2009 with only 30 employees, headquartered on Bryant Avenue (Bryant Street).
