tyrs 0.4.0 post Twitter and identi.ca clients

Tyrs is a Twitter and identi.ca client based on ncurses. It's easy to configure. It can satisfy you like search, send mail directly to all basic operations. Tyrs can configure all the shortcuts, colors, and other parameters.

tyrs 0.4.0 has many new features in this release. It supports short URL services such as ur1.ca and bit.ly. There is a new filtering system to get more control over the display tweet. Scroll down when the tweet is delayed loading.
