UBM waive Appeal Hanwei v. UBM Unfair Competition case judgment comes into effect

Beijing Han Prestige Heng Exhibition Co., Ltd. is the "China Game Developers Conference" and "ChinaJoy" and other well-known domestic exhibition organizers. UBM company did not obtain "Game Developers Conference" or "GDC" in China for the exclusive rights of the registered trademarks, but publicly claimed that the trademark "Game Developers Conference Chinese (GDC China)" and related intellectual property have sole ownership, constitute false propaganda; 3.　　In a letter to the United States evergreen Events Company and the International Game Developers Conference, UBM accused the company of breaching its trademark rights, causing the company to terminate its cooperation with the company and constitute a commercial slander.
