For example, suppose/dev/hda1 is the partition location (NTFS) where Windows is currently located

Directories to be mounted on the host:/media/windows

sudo mkdir/media/windowssudo cp/etc/fstab/etc/fstab_backupsudo Gedit/etc/fstab adds the following line to the last side of the file/dev/hda1/media/ Windows NTFS utf8,umask=0222 0 0 Save edited files

Do not boot and Mount Fstab

sudo mount-a
