UK game developers 5.94 million U.S. dollars increased air network 40 million shares

In a document submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission, Wargaming said that on October 21, on the open market, it bought 40 million common shares at a price of $0.1485 per share, trading at a scale of $5.49 million.

The equivalent of $0.1485 per share of the US $5.94 trillion per share of the United States depository shares in the air network, which is 6.68 dollars lower than the October 21 closing price of 11.1%. The air network closed early this morning close to 40 common shares equal to 1 U.S. depository shares.

After completing this overweight, wargaming holds 160 million shares of the total number of common shares in the air network, accounting for 8.686% of the same type of common stock.
