Umlet is a lightweight tool for quickly drawing UML modeling diagrams with a no-sound and pop-up user interface. It can quickly sketch sketches, model UML with a simple user interface, and support the export of charts in Svg,jpg,pdf and latex-friendly EPS format. The main feature is the fast, text-based way to edit UML elements.
