Microsoft July 11 informed its reseller partners that it planned to get Windows 7 by the end of July for commercial customers who have purchased volume Licensing and Software Assurance (SA) services.
The final version of Windows 7 RTM cannot be released by the middle of this month, at least until the end of the month.
