US appeals court decides that Warcraft plug-in glider illegal will be banned

The Nineth Circuit Court of Appeals in the United States of Warcraft automatic plug glider infringement case, the verdict said that the plug-in violated the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and announced the maintenance of its lower court in 2009 to prohibit the spread of this plug-in procedure of the verdict. At present, Donnelly's acting attorney says he will consider continuing to appeal to the Supreme Court. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, a product or service that avoids technical measures designed to protect copyrighted material would constitute a criminal or civil offence. According to the bill, RealNetworks's DVD copy software was blocked, and a Californian man faced criminal charges for engaging in an Xbox hacking business.
