US ITC decides HTC infringes Nokia patents

The U.S. International Trade Commission judge made a preliminary ruling that HTC violated two patents related to the reception of Nokia handsets and tablet computers. Nokia filed a lawsuit on the issue last year, and the International Trade Commission will make its final decision on January 23, 2014. Nokia has asked the International Trade Commission to ban a series of HTC products into the US market. Nokia has requested the International Trade Commission to prohibit a range of HTC products from entering the U.S. market, including HTC Amaze 4G, Inspire 4G, Flyer, Jetstream, Radar 4G, Rezoun and sensation 4G.
