Sina Science and technology news Beijing time of September 9, the US law firm Holzer Holzer & Fistel announced today that it has launched an IPO with the company on behalf of investors in the (NYSE:LITB) US Depository (ADS) (IPO) Related class action.
The lawsuit pointed out that the Orchid Pavilion set potential in the IPO and after the release of a series of statements, including the company's business, operations and prospects of the information there is fraud and misleading behavior. In particular, the lawsuit considers that the orchid Pavilion set potential incorrectly, or not adequately provide the following information:
1 in the second quarter of 2013 (as of the end of June), the company's sales rose sharply. 2 in the second quarter, the Orchid Pavilion set potential cost rose far higher than the revenue increase. 3 for the above reasons, the financial performance of the Orchid Pavilion is not up to market expectations.
Holzer Holzer & Fistel said that if investors bought the pavilion ads from June 6, 2013 to August 19, 2013, they had the right to apply to the court as the chief plaintiff, or they could choose to act as plaintiffs in the collective action.
