Netflix offers Portuguese-language online video services in Brazil, with a monthly charge of 14.99 reais (about 9.35 dollars). In Wednesday, Netflix will launch a Spanish-language service for Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay.　　The site will expand to Bolivia, Colombia, Venezuela, Peru and Ecuador in Thursday.
