Root, root, Superuser, etc., refers to the machine to install the program/settings of the account, and the use of other users of the program (such as user), different from the administrator rights under Windows. This root user is not allowed to log in by default, and is a sudo-privileged account, which can temporarily become root by sudo (command line)/gksu (/kdesu) (the KDE graphical interface). That is, regardless of which account you are using, the program that runs through Sudo/gksu is the user's setting of root, and the configuration file is saved in the/root directory.

When you need to use Administrator privileges, the password you enter should be your current user's password, not the root user's password.

If you want to enable an account to use Administrator privileges (the newly added account is not available by default), give the user administrator permissions first.
