Vacuum Cleaners company Dyson sued Samsung for alleged patent infringement

NetEase Technology News September 10, according to AppleInsider reported that the vacuum cleaner manufacturer Dyson (Dyson) filed a patent infringement lawsuit, accusing Samsung electronic plagiarism of its product design. James Dyson, the company's founder, James Daison the BBC that he felt "compelled" to file the lawsuit in the British High Court. Dyson says he would rather use the money to invest in new technology. Dyson's lawsuit is aimed at Samsung's motion sync vacuum cleaner, unveiled last week at the IFA (the Berlin Consumer Electronics Show). The British home appliance maker believes Samsung's products violate its patent on the steering mechanism of the cylinder vacuum cleaner. "It's like a blatant plagiarism," says Dyson, a vacuum cleaner company that sued Samsung for alleged infringement of its patent. Samsung has a lot of patent attorneys, so it's not hard to believe that this is a deliberate or outright infringement of our patents. In response, Samsung responded by telephone that Dyson's allegations were "unfounded". The electronics manufacturer vowed to "take all necessary measures" to protect its products. Dyson's comments are similar to what Apple made in 2011 when it filed a patent lawsuit against Samsung. Apple's battle with Samsung has still not stopped, and Apple insists that Samsung has copied the look and feel of the iphone and ipad. (Mushulin)
