VAT and other deductions to be extended to 180 days next year

The State administration of taxation has made clear that the VAT general taxpayer obtains the special VAT invoices issued after January 1, 2010, the same invoice and the same invoices of the inland waterway cargo transportation industry, and the same invoice shall be issued within 180 days from the date of issuance to the tax authorities, and in the second monthly declaration period of the approval,　　Reporting to the competent tax authorities of the deduction of input tax, not to the tax authorities for certification, declaration of deduction or application for audit comparison, shall not be used as a legitimate value-added tax deduction certificate, shall not calculate input tax deduction.
