We must strive to stabilize the development of foreign trade, maintain a stable recovery of foreign trade and continue to consolidate the status of trade power. We should make great efforts to maintain the basic stability of foreign trade policy and create a more relaxed and convenient policy environment for the sustained and stable development of foreign trade this year.　　To co-ordinate the use of foreign economic and trade to promote funds, to "expand the market, adjust the structure, promote balance" as the main line, to promote the development of foreign trade to focus on the transformation, and further optimize the direction of use of funds.
