Beijing Time December 2 news, according to foreign media reports, a Canadian company called Eleven UB, the U.S. Delaware State Wilmington District Court filed a lawsuit, accusing Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft three companies video games against their own three patents. Eleven UB says the company is a leading company in the global digital wireless technology sector. The company mainly supplies electronic equipment manufacturers with accessories and chips. In the lawsuit, the company claimed that it had patents in the United States of 6,238,289, 6,346,047 and 6,684,062 of the three patents, their corresponding names are RF game handles, RF remote control game handles and wireless game control system. Eleven UB claims that Sony's video-game consoles PS3, Nintendo's Wii and Microsoft's Xbox 360 all violate corporate patents. The company said that Microsoft has a business relationship with itself, knows the company's business and patents, and Microsoft knows about patent 6,346,047. Eleven UB said the company had communicated with the three companies, but the three companies were still insisting on infringement. Eleven UB hopes to obtain cash compensation through litigation and hopes the court will stop the infringement of the three companies. According to a report released by market research firm NPD earlier this year, the Nintendo Wii was the first in the U.S. market in October, with 507,000 shipments, while Sony PS3 sold 321,000 units a month, and Microsoft's Xbox sales were 250,000.
