Voody Blue Subtitler (VBS) is a simple program that allows you to manually synchronize a text file for a video stream. The main features include: Create a subtitle file, play a subtitle file, and relay subtitles through a small server to multiple clients.

Voody Blue Subtitler mainly consists of four major parts:

VBSM-The main client to do time subtitles, you can not video playback;
VBSS-dependent client, can play a subtitle file, or can receive subtitles from a server and real-time playback;
VBSC-Configuration Utility, mainly used for VBSS, also support VBSM;
VBSD-a server that broadcasts subtitles.
