This book is very abstract, every time I look at a little can not go on, so I have not read it so far. But every once in a while, I look back again. Reflected in life, some people want to work and life to set a boundary, and then clearly separate, I think it is unnecessary. Entrepreneurship is also. Investment, for example, needs to exit within a certain amount of time, but for a startup, there is no need to quit. Limited and infinitely different, we do most things are limited things. This is not a philosophy, but read it several times, every time to see a little tired, because will think a lot.

I also read "Steve Jobs," but I didn't finish it, and now I'm looking at a book about Amazon's shopping process, "one Click."

I was not surprised to hear about the death of jobs, but now I remember the scene when people were in Taiwan and didn't get up and saw the news on their phones. In my opinion, the value of jobs is not temporary, people can be affected by jobs, but can not directly learn, but his high quality of product is worth learning.

I admire a lot of people, including Gandhi, Benjamin Franklin and so on. But there is no idea of "being someone like so-and-so." Everyone has their own unique qualities. Bezos and Zuckerberg have all the qualities that appeal to me, but that's not the reason I'm looking forward to it.

Danish physicist Bohr said, "There are two kinds of truths in the world, one is small truth, the other is great truth." The opposite of small truths is a poor lie, and the opposite of great truth is still true. "Simple basic rules are wrong to do nothing, but to rise to a certain altitude, the opposite choice can be a great success." For example, Bill Gates and Steve Jobs, two completely different characteristics of people, family background, growth experience, business strategy are different. The success of the Internet is not a simple trait that can be summed up.

8 years of success or failure of the United States network is the last war

What would you do if you didn't start a business in 2003? I have not assumed this question. After graduating from Tsinghua University, I went to the United States to read a graduate student, Ph. 8 years since returning to business in 2003, I think there are a lot of things that have not changed: love life, the world is full of curiosity and passion, of course, the change of things also have, as the age, my personal life is changing, richer, and insights and vision is also growing, I have never resisted change.

It is not my usual way of thinking to summarize and evaluate myself. Just like Tsinghua University has a motto: 50 years of health work for the motherland. When I was 25 years old, I thought it was very difficult to think, because the mood of the people changed. Summing up the past is certainly understandable, but I value the future, must say, I can only say "fall also want to fall forward."

For the future, I think people should focus on long-term goals and short-term goals, rather than focusing on medium-term goals.

2012 Group buying is no longer a core concern

By next year, group buying will not be at the heart of this focus, not because it is unimportant, but because it is becoming so common that it is no longer novel and increasingly a part of normal consumption, as is the evolution of people's perception of "buying Books Online" 10 years ago.

By that time, whether it is group buying, O2O, or Local Service mall, which mode is not so important. The concept is one thing, and in which direction actually it is another. The United States network just started the idea is how to let the line under the combination of online, to provide users with localized services, as for this is called group buying, called O2O, or call Local Service mall more appropriate, for the United States is not so important network.
