Wgms3d a full vector electromagnetic waveguide mode solution. It uses the second-order finite-difference method for wavelength dielectric waveguide in the specified calculation. Waveguide cross-section can be caused by constant refractive index of several adjacent regions. The dielectric interfaces do not have to be aligned with discrete grids, and they can be arbitrarily tilted or bent. The whole waveguide can be bent along the propagation direction. Leakage and loss of curvature can be computed using an exact matching layer to absorb the boundary.
Wgms3d 1.1.0 Update Description:
Added support for lossy materials. Inside the geometry (. MGP) file, you could now either specify the refractive index as a single real number (as unreported), or as a pair o f the form (Nr,ni), where nr and Ni are the real and imaginary parts of the refractive index. For a example, the new Tests/lossy_materials/test script. Added new Matlab script, MATLAB/WGMS3D_MGP_RIB_WAVEGUIDE.M, for generating rib waveguide structures. Added new Matlab script, MATLAB/WGMS3D_CALC_GROUP_INDEX.M, that's calculates the group index of a mode from its field Distribution (only for non-dispersive materials). No longer exporting epsis.txt with THE-E switch, but epsis.bin. Added missing script matlab/wgms3d_tracemodes_update_http://www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/12616.html "> PARAMETER.M.
