Who is a good core team?

Who is a good core team? There is no definite answer. But I think at least the following four roles:

Hustler-can solve all the other problems quickly.

The team with these four attributes can be less than four people, that is, a person can have more than two attributes, and may be several people repeatedly have the same attribute, but a "complete" early network start-up team, probably have to have these four capabilities. If you think of yourself as a product visionary and hustler, you have to get your designer and hacker, or find a designer&hustler with co-founder ability.

Of course you may have these four abilities alone, but it is almost impossible for one person to take care of these four things at once and do them all well. So unless you're just opening a small personal studio, sooner or later you'll have to find your co-founders. In fact, observing successful internet companies, the number and ability of the co-founders, almost determines how long and how far the company can go later. Therefore, to find a good core team is a prerequisite for entrepreneurship, the No. 0 step, not the first step.
