WINDOWS10 System add local account (non-Microsoft account) and set as Administrator account method
Steps:
Click the "Operation Center" icon in the lower right corner of the system desktop, click "All Settings" in the sidebar of the Operation Center (windows10-14379 version system from the beginning to find the setting is not easy to find);

Now open up let's create your account window, click: Add a user without a Microsoft account;
In order to create a user window for this computer, we are required to enter: "username" (such as: UUMRI), "password", repeat the password confirmation, "password hint" (if you do not enter a password hint, the following prompts: must provide a hint.) After we click Next, go back to the Account Setup window and see that you have added a Uumri local account under other people's items.
Right-click on the System desktop "start" in the lower left corner, click "Control Panel" in the Start menu, enter Control Panel, click "User Account";
In the User Account window, we click "Manage other Accounts";
When we click on another account, we open an Admin account window, where we can see that the UUMRI local account you just added has been displayed in this window;
We click on the UUMRI local account and click "Change Account Type" in the Open Change Account window;
In changing the Account Type window, you can see that the UUMRI local account is a standard user, and if you want to set the UUMRI local account as the Administrator account, you will find that changing the account type is grayed out, meaning that you cannot change the UUMRI local account to the administrator account here.
A computer can only have one administrator, if you must change the UUMRI local account to administrator account, re-enter Control Panel-user account-Manage other accounts, click: Uumri local account;
In the Change Account window, click "Change Account Type";
In changing the Account Type window, click "Admin (A)" Under Uumri local account, and then click "Change Account Type" button;
After entering the UUMRI local account, you can see that the UUMRI local account is an administrator account and the standard user button is grayed out and cannot be changed.
