Right-click the Windows button in the lower-left corner of the screen and choose Run from the pop-up shortcut menu:

In the Run dialog box that opens, enter the "Regeidt" command and "OK":

In the Open Registry Editor window, navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\desktop\colors:

Double-click Windows Health, and the default value is 255 255 255:

Change the value to 202 234 206 and click OK to continue:

Then log off the computer again. After landing, you can see that a lot of the window background color has become a wink, such as running the dialog box, Notepad, word editing area background color:

Note, however, that the background color in this computer window still cannot be changed:
