Windows 10 microphone no sound or noise and other issues of solution

Find the speaker icon in the lower right corner

Right-click the icon, the following pop-up menu, select "Play Device"

Open "Play Device"

Select the playback device, so that after the right-click, select "Properties"

Click the "Advanced" tab, select the following options, and then click "OK" button.

Select "Record" in the "Playback Device" tab. And right-click, select "Properties."

Into the "Advanced" tab, set up as shown below.

Search for "Microphone Settings" in "Control Panel" to enter the microphone test.

Follow the steps to complete the microphone test.
