Right-click in the desktop space and select "New" "Text Document".
Open the new text document and enter the following:

Start explorer

When you are finished, click "File" and "save", and then close the document.
Next, click the right mouse button on the new text document and choose Rename.
Next, set the file extension from "TXT" to "dat". Click the ENTER key after the change, and then or pop up a dialog box and tap "Yes" directly.
Next, right-click on the file and choose Run as Administrator.
Next, a command window pops up, showing that the operation is complete. The arrow for the shortcut is removed and the command window is closed directly.
