Steps:
Right-click on the System desktop "start" in the lower left corner, click "Run" in the Start menu;
In the Run dialog box, enter the regedit command, click OK or enter, open Registry Editor;

In the Registry Editor window, expand sequentially:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes;
Expand the Directory\shell in the classes;
Right click on the shell, in the right menu click: New-item;
