Win9 Technology Preview Release everyone can download free

Microsoft plans to release a Windows 9 Technology preview next month or early October, allowing users to experience the next-generation operating system ahead of time. Microsoft Observer Mary Jo Foley from people familiar with the situation that Windows 9 Technology preview will be released publicly and all users can download it for free. That is, unlike previous system test processes, the first test version of Windows 9 is not limited to developers and specialized testers, but is made available directly to the public. This also means that the Windows 9 Technology Preview version is free. Microsoft now uses a faster system release/update frequency and offers some new features and optimizations through Windows Update, just as the Windows 8.1 update was just released in August. According to the current message, Windows 9 is expected to be released early in 2015, with significant changes in both features and interfaces, such as the restart menu.
