First right click on the Network Neighborhood, and then select the Properties menu item in the pop-up menu

Then click the "Local connection" shortcut link in the Network Neighborhood Properties window

In the Local Connection Status window that opens, click the Properties button above

In the open Local Area Connection Properties window, click Internet Protocol version (TCP/IPV4)

In the Open Internet Protocol version Properties window, select "Use the following IP address", enter the IP address, subnet mask and default gateway respectively, it should be noted that the IP address and the default gateway need to be with other computers in a network segment, while the IP address is unique, enter the completion of the following "advanced" button

In the open TCP/IP Settings window, click the Wins tab

In the open page, look at whether the NetBIOS settings are default, if not, select the default, and then click the OK button to save and exit

Then right click on the "Computer" icon, and then in the pop-up menu, select "Admin" menu item

In the Open Computer Management window, select the Computer Management/System Tools/Local Users and Groups/Users menu item, and then double-click the Guest item on the right

In the Open Guest Properties window, remove the check mark before "account is disabled", and then click the OK button

Now let's see if we can access the computer in our Network Neighborhood, and if it doesn't work, press the WIN+R key combination and enter Gpedit.msc command in the pop-up dialog box.

Then click the Local Computer Policy/Computer Configuration Windows Settings/local Policy/User Rights Assignment menu item in the Open Local Group Policy Editor window, and then locate the "Deny access to this computer from the network" item in the right window and double-click the policy

In the Open Properties window, look for the guest username and, if so, select the username and click the "Delete" button to remove it from the list

Then click the "Local Computer Policy/Computer Configuration Windows Settings/Local Policy/Security Options" menu item, and then locate the "Network access: local account sharing and security model" item on the right, and double-click the policy

In the Open Properties window, click the Drop-down menu, and then select Classic: Authenticate Local users without changing their original identity, and then click OK to save and exit. Restart your computer, and you will be able to access the computer in your network Neighborhood.
