Wnotes is a small, independent desktop convenience sticker for the X Window System desktop. The software can be created, cut, and pasted and saved with any combination type you like. Wnotes can store a reserve note and use any database to set the window configuration, which accepts input from the Unix shell. It is compatible with most Linux and Unix platforms, and the source code package includes a simple description database written by SDB as a bash script.

Wnotes 1.17 This version fixes an error that occurs by deleting multiple text selections, including minor code changes to help reduce the slow screen flicker on the system when moving or adjusting the instructions.
