Longgang District 12338 Women's Rights Advocacy Service Hotline social worker Bi: Safeguarding women's rights and interests is the only one of the legal functions of the Federation. As the "maiden" of the women's group, the Longgang District Women's Federation has been persisting in exploring effective ways to protect their rights, and has established a "Community rights workstation" and a "domestic violence reporting point" at the grassroots level to help women fight against domestic violence and safeguard their legitimate rights and interests. At present, China's law does not address the domestic violence leading to disability and other conditions of compensation regulations, for domestic violence in the case of serious injury, the perpetrator can refer to the crime of intentional injury sentencing. The No. 234 section of the Penal Code stipulates that: intentionally injuring the body of another person, three years imprisonment, criminal detention or control.
