The Village Field Production Co., Ltd. has announced the development of the world's smallest 0201 size (0.25x0.125mm) of the single stone ceramic capacitor. The 0402-size (0.4x0.2mm) capacitor, which is now part of a smartphone, achieves a reduction of about 75% of the volume. This product will be displayed on the booth of "CEATEC JAPAN2012" held by Qianye County International Convention and Exhibition Center on October 2 ~ 6th.

It is reported that the monolithic ceramic capacitor is widely used in all electronic equipment, the latest smartphone is equipped with about 400~500.
