Some local entrepreneurs are sceptical that the World Youth Festival, held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on 23rd, is expected to bring about 1.2 billion real revenues to Brazil.

The organizers also pointed out that the Brazilian government has invested about 3.2-350 million reais for the World Youth Festival.
