World's first 3D print villas in China area of more than 1100 square meters

In recent years, 3D printer has gradually entered people's view. Many construction companies hope to use this technology to take the lead in building a unique home, which was eventually completed by China's profit-creation company. Ying Chuang is a professional engaged in building new materials research and development, production of High-tech Enterprises, the company in March 2014 in Shanghai with the world's largest building 3D printer printing 10 sets of houses.

Recently, in Suzhou, "Ying Chuang 3D print new green Building Global Conference", the company showed us a set of 3D-printed villas, as well as a five-storey building.

These 3D printing buildings are not reinforced concrete pouring, but with high grade cement and glass fiber as "ink", relying on self-developed printer equipment continuous linear extrusion printing into the building. Industry, the material is mainly through the recovery of municipal solid waste, and then through the detection of radiation, high-temperature forging, such as deepening processing, and finally according to computer design drawings and plans, in the field layer overlay "inkjet". It is reported that the printer printing these buildings 6.6 meters high, 10 meters wide, 32 meters long, the bottom floor covers an area equivalent to a basketball court.
