In addition, crude oil and natural gas used for heating in the process of transporting heavy oil in the oil field will be exempted from the resource tax, and the heavy oil, high pour-rate oil and higher sulfur gas resources tax shall be reduced by 40% and three times of oil production resources tax 30%.
