The XTERM program is a standard X Window System terminal emulator. It provides a compatible terminal for Dec vt102/vt220 and Tektronix 4014 programs that cannot be used directly from the Windows system. If the underlying operating system supports a terminal resizing feature (for example, a sigwinch signal for a 4.3BSD system), Xterm will use the facility to notify the resizing of programs running in the window.

Xterm Patch #276版本针对没有安装位图字体的恢复进行了改进 and provides additional workaround in FreeType Library, fixes a small error, and sets the Xterm_shell variable loose condition.
