Xxxterm 1.7.0 Publish a minimalist web browser

It provides persistence and each session-controlled script and cookies, so it's easy to block tracking and scripting attacks.

The Xxxterm 1.7.0 version adds a thread-asynchronous retrieval certificate. A number of changes have been made due to problems with locked WebKit, Gcrypt, and Flash Player. This version resolves all defects and prevents deadlocks or crashes. Added a whitelist plugin, similar to the white list of JavaScript and cookies. Cleaned up the GCC4.2 warning. Fixed problems with MIME type processing. There are some GTK3 fixes, but it is not enabled by default because the GTK3 WebKit is slow.
