Yahoo, Microsoft and AOL announced that, starting early next year, three companies could sell paid advertising resources to each other.

Yahoo, AOL and Microsoft executives believe the alliance will not incur an antitrust investigation by the Justice Department.

Facebook and Google's 2011-year online display ad growth of 9.3% and 16.3%,facebook will hopefully surpass Yahoo's advertising growth this year, according to emarketer, a market-research agency.
