First of all, I represent the Ministry of Industry and Information technology to China's cloud Industry alliance and the first China cloud-Mobile internet innovation Grand Prix launch, express warm congratulations!

Cloud computing is the most typical noun and the most typical concept of information technology, information industry, information technology application development to a new stage. I would like to take this opportunity to comment on three points.

First, we should explore the rule of cloud computing development in practice and grasp the development opportunity of cloud computing. The concept of cloud computing is based on the comprehensive development of information technology, information industry and information technology application. Time is not long. At the same time, information technology, information industry and information technology applications are in rapid development. So, although the concept is very hot, we all have this word in our minds. However, how do we in our practical work, efforts to explore and actively grasp the development of the law. So my thinking, cloud computing from the perspective of information technology development, it is very much like an industry from the extensive development towards intensive development. or the development of our information technology, mainly depends on the growth of quantity to rely mainly on qualitative growth. What do you say? Very simple. Our original department, a place of application is to buy equipment, development software, integration, and then a system out. But cloud computing has changed. Second, we need to make innovation the most critical part of advancing cloud computing and developing mobile Internet. Cloud computing and mobile Internet are developing, both in the application and in the technology industry, in the development and change. So in this environment, we say only innovation we can grasp the opportunity. This innovation is not only the innovation of technology, the innovation of industrial development path and the innovation of application mode, but also the innovation of our institutional mechanism, the innovation of management, and the innovation of our ideas. Many of us want to put information technology, information Network, application systems are in their own pockets is their own, afraid to put others there, become someone else's. This concept is not developed, cloud computing how to develop? So we need a full range of innovation, through innovation to promote the development of cloud computing. Third, we need to promote the value chain as a key part of the development of the cloud Industry Alliance.
