Yang's proposal: Focus on China's consumption outflow

During the two sessions, Yang threw out four proposals: on reducing the price of consumer goods, on the safety of mobile intelligent terminals, on the running of migrants, on the difficulties of graduates ' employment and the difficulties of recruiting enterprises. Based on the above data, Yang made his own suggestion:

1, export "China innovation" to the outside world. In the past China has been dominated by attracting foreign investment, and one of China's biggest strengths is its low cost. Now, China's innovation is rising and should encourage the export of Chinese-made products and innovations.

2, Lenovo is one of the cases where Chinese enterprises go out, the state should encourage enterprises to go out.

3, China's per capita consumption is much lower than the United States, so China has a full opportunity to build a world's largest unified market. This approach is also conducive to growth, security and employment.

4, 600 billion consumption outflows, China should find ways to reduce the outflow of national consumption. The same commodity prices are the main cause of China's consumption outflow, prices and logistics, manufacturers differential pricing, but tax is also an important aspect. At present, China's macro tax burden is still relatively high, and the large amount of related costs in the current tax reform still exists in the form of indirect taxes and eventually flows into commodity prices.
