Yangtze River Economic Belt master plan released

It is reported that this is the first of our province specifically for the Yangtze River basin tailored large-scale planning, from an overall plan, 6 special plans and 1 project libraries, Wuhan, Huangshi, Yichang, Jingzhou, Ezhou, Huanggang, Xianning, Enshi, and other 8 counties of 48 County districts are included, the land area and population accounted for 29.1% of the province respectively　　and 45%. Planning depicts the Yangtze River Economic development blueprint: to "Twelve-Five" at the end of the gross domestic product of about 1.36 trillion yuan, an annual growth of 12%, accounting for more than 60% of the province's share　　49,000 yuan per capita gross domestic product, doubled on the basis of 2008; Three industrial value added structure adjustment is 6:49:45; with 20 counties in the area, the gross domestic product is over 20 billion yuan, the urbanization rate is 59%, the main eco-environmental index reaches the national requirement, and the main pollutant emission reduction task is completed.　　Planning also proposed that by 2015, the Hubei Yangtze River Economic Belt throughput capacity of 220 million tons a year, container throughput capacity reached 2.5 million standard box, the basic capacity of full, integrated and efficient, through the Jiangda Sea, China Unicom Two laps, radiation in the middle of the country-oriented comprehensive transportation system. Planning established the Yangtze River Economic Belt Open development of the six major tasks: traffic first, the construction of modern infrastructure system, the "water" hing Belt, the establishment of modern industrial system, urban drive, the construction of new urban rolling belt, "two-type" development, the construction of ecological civilization Demonstration Zone, innovation system mechanism, and continuously enhance the vitality of development;　　promote development with openness.
