Before Goldman Sachs, Mr. Zhang had worked as an engineer in the focus of Graphics, Inc., an electronics company based in Silicon Valley, USA. Mr. Fan holds a master's degree in Business administration from Stanford University and a bachelor's degree in Economics (Te Yousen). He also studied in Beijing Tsinghua University, the Department of Computer Science and technology for two years, and received Tsinghua undergraduate first-class scholarship. 2005, Zhang Fan joined the Sequoia Capital China Fund (SEQUOIA) as a founding partner.
